This Privacy Policy explains how Dmytri Shteyn (“we,”
or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information from users (“you”) of
the Los Reyes mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you
agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this
policy.

We collect information that is necessary to provide and improve the
service for you. This includes:

place an order, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally
identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.

payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Clover). We
receive a tokenized version of your payment card details to process
the transaction, but we do not store your full credit card number on
our servers.

and the date and time of the transaction.

Geolocation Data: We may request access to your
device's location data. This is used by certain features of the app,
for example, to open map applications to provide directions to the
restaurant. We do not store your location history.

on you. You can do this through your account settings within the App. If
you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to
assist you.

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly
collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If
you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has
provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you
of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in this section of the
App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any
